Refunds and cancelation policy

The Company is registered under Companies registration Act 1956.

Any refund on services or listings you order through the company will be governed by the Refund Policy stated below. Further, some services may be governed by their individual refund policies. In all such cases the individual refund policy shall be applicable in addition to this policy unless and otherwise it is contrary to this, in which case the individual service refund policy shall supersede this policy.

• The registration/membership amount is refundable for the candidates who are not successful in the draw and will be refunded in 21 working days after the date of allotment.
• Registration/membership amount is non-refundable for the candidates who are successful in the draw.
• If any applicant wishes to cancel his registration prior to allotment date, he/she needs to written application to our concerned department and in that case 25% amount of total amount paid will be deducted and balance amount will be refunded within next 21 working days.
• yerdawasiyayojna.com shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the Site irrespective of the cause
• If any allottee wishes to cancel his/her allotment at any instant of time, there will be a deduction of 25% of the total amount paid or 10% of the total cost of the plot, whichever is less and the balance amount will be refunded in next 90 working days. Registration Amount will be non refundeble.
• If an order could not be completed by customer service for reasons other than Customer's request for cancellation then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons contributing to such a situation could include insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not pertaining to the company's scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond the control of the company.
• Time to refund to process a request for cancellation is a maximum of 21 working days. However time lines for actual refund to take place and for the credit to reach your account would depend on the speed of banking channels and the credit card companies involved in the transaction (as may be applicable). Actual refunded amount maybe less then the paid amount as the cost involved in bringing the leads.
